60-70 Cross Street, DePasquale Ventures, LLC, has applied to transfer an All-Alcohol license from 110 Canal Street to the proposed new interior and rooftop dining facilities at the former Martignetti Liquors site. Seeking closing times of 1:00 AM interior and 11:00 PM open roof terrace/patio. NEWRA will hold a meeting on December 12, 2024 at 6:30 PM, at the Nazzaro Center.
