About NEWRA The North End/Waterfront Residents' Association (NEWRA) is a non-profit corporation organized for the purpose of enhancing, maintaining and promoting the living conditions within the North End/Waterfront and promoting a neighborhood attitude of mutual respect and lawful regard for the rights of each other to the foregoing ends.
The North End/Waterfront comprises the area in downtown Boston bounded by Surface Road, Blackstone Street, up to 20 Rowes Wharf no further than Keaney Square and North Washington Street, and bound by the water. Monthly NEWRA meetings are held at the Nazarro Center on the second Thursday of each month at 7PM. All North End/Waterfront residents are invited to attend.
