Membership in NEWRA is open to all individuals who maintain their primary residence in the North End/Waterfront neighborhood.
To comply with NEWRA bylaws, members must certify their residency by providing a Massachusetts driver’s license or another form of government-issued photo identification that lists a North End/Waterfront address.

Voting
Members are eligible to vote if dues are current and they have attended at least one monthly membership meeting in the preceding six months. Attendance at two monthly meetings in the preceding six months is required to vote in the election of officers.
Everyone is welcome to attend NEWRA meetings, but only paid members are allowed to vote. Pay online or bring a personal check to a NEWRA meeting. No corporate or third-party checks.

Individual Membership Levels
To join offline, just click the button below to download the membership form. Print it, fill it out, then bring it to a NEWRA meeting.
NEWRA is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization. Funds raised from membership fees are used to help cover operational costs, insurance, annual party, the website, and other communications.
Membership runs through the end of the calendar year, expiring on Dec. 31.
