Mamma Maria's, 3 North Square - seeking to convert portion of third-floor administrative offices & storage to waiting lounge with bar & seating for approx. 15 people, increasing in-restaurant seating from 95 to 99 persons, as 11 seats would be eliminated on other floors. Brent McDonald, attorney.

23 Clark St – application to Zoning Board of Appeal to change occupancy from nine apartments and store to 10 apartments, reconfiguring first floor & first-floor facade to create new residential unit. Michael Dello Russo, contractor.
