166-168 Salem Street, Boston LLC, owner, seeks to erect a 550 sq. ft. roof deck on an existing structure. Jeffrey Drago, attorney.

240-246 Commercial Street LLC (Lupoli Companies), owner, seeks to change occupancy from restaurant and offices to restaurant and 8 residential units, and erect roof decks for the exclusive use of units 7 and 8.  Jeffrey Drago, attorney.

155 Endicott Street, Vanessa Angelo Holley, d/b/a Modern Skin Brow Studio, seeks a change of use to permit beauty services consisting of permanent makeup brows and lips.
