Umani Crudo d/b/a is purchasing the assets of the Crudo Restaurant and will continue business under new ownership and management. Proposed hours of operation, daily 11:00 am to 12:30 am. On July 15, Boston Licensing Board approved the applications for common victualer’s license and to transfer beer, wine and cordials license. Huipeng Lei, owner, Russell Chin, attorney.
