266 Commercial Street The applicant seeks to transfer the 2 am all-alcoholic beverages restaurant license currently held by Boston's Four Winds Inc. to Good Time Hospitality, LLC, d/b/a The Flamingo at the same location. The proposed new concept will be a modern American restaurant and the applicant will only be making cosmetic changes.
