The ZLC will hold a meeting about three items on Tuesday, November 22, 2022 at 7:00 pm, at the Mariner's House, 11 North Square, 2nd floor. Please note that this meeting will occur in person.
341 Hanover St Wine Bottega New owners Ani Ajemian and Matthew Diekmann applied to Licensing Board to transfer existing retail wine and malt license to their company, GNILES LLC. 354-356 Hanover St LLC Heart and Sole retail store & new building owner, seeks to change occupancy from two residential units and one store to three residential units and one store. No interior changes. 38B Fleet St Christopher T. Fiumara, building owner, seeks to change legal occupancy from five residential units and one detached retail store to five residential units and one detached take-out, small restaurant (a conditional use in the multifamily residential subdistrict). NEWRA will hold a meeting on Thursday, November 10, 2022 at 6:30 pm, at the Nazzaro Center.

Discussion on plan and timeline to repair sidewalks and streets, crosswalk repainting, traffic, light synchronization. 7:30 pm - 251 Causeway St Proposed Development Update on NEWRA ZLC work with West End Civic Association on proposed 700' tower at North Washington & Causeway.
