Bella Vista Restaurant, 288 Hanover Street Seeks to add cordials to malt & wine license and amend its first floor plan to add a 12- seat bar leaving 25 seats at tables. 96 & 98 Prince Street Federal Investments, Inc. seeks to create 14 residential units by combining the two lots, adding a 5th floor and rear additions. NEWRA will hold a meeting on Thursday, June 8, 2023 at 6:30 PM, at the Nazzaro Center.
