Board to transfer ownership in Cuisine De Asia, Inc. d/b/a Billy Tse, from Billy Tse, Nancy Chan to Ricky Hai Zou, Eric Tsz Yeung Lam. Approval of new shareholders, change of manager, officers sought. Operations, hours remain same, no renovations planned.
