Meeting Agenda 7:00 pm - Welcome 7:10 pm - North End Waterfront Open Space Community Survey Nick Black, managing director, of the Trustees' Boston Waterfront Initiative, will discuss a recently-launched survey of residents, workers and business owners that seeks to learn more about community preferences towards developing open space along the waterfront in the North End. 7:30 pm - Monica's Trattoria Monica’s Trattoria, 67 Prince St, is applying to the Licensing Board to amend its current closing hour from 11 pm (seven days per week) to Monday-Thursday 12 am, Friday-Sunday 1 am. Presenting Ryan Gazda, attorney. 7:45 - North End Cross Street Boutique Hotel A proposed 134-key hotel with two ground floor restaurants and rooftop dining, at 42 Cross Street on multiple parcels of land, submitted an Expanded PNF to the BPDA on February 12, 2021. Comments on the Expanded PNF are due to the BPDA by April 19, 2021. NEWRA members will review and discuss a comment letter, linked below.
