The ZLC will hold a meeting about three items on Tuesday, March 26, 2024 at 7:00 pm, at the Mariner's House, 11 North Square, 2nd floor.
 
Mama Maria, 3 North Square - seeking to convert portion of third-floor administrative offices & storage to waiting lounge with bar & seating for approx. 15 people, increasing in-restaurant seating from 95 to 99 persons, as 11 seats would be eliminated on other floors. Brent McDonald, attorney.

Mood Restaurant, 115 Salem St - has applied for common victual (CV) license for dining & takeout service with no alcohol in the space that was recently Shasa Cafe. Application seeks 40 seats and operating hours of 7:00 am to 11:00 pm Sunday-Wednesday and 7:00 am to 3:00 am Thursday-Saturday. Fatima Ibrahim, manager.
