April 2022 ZLC Meeting (April 26, 2022)

The ZLC will hold a meeting about one item on Tuesday, April 26, 2022 at 7:00 pm, at the Mariner's House, 11 North Square, 2nd floor. Please note that this meeting will occur in person.

3 North Square, Mamma Maria's Restaurant
Due to the death of John D. McGee, the applicant seeks an inter-family transfer of the All-Alcoholic Beverages Restaurant License currently held by Buccellati, Inc. d/b/a Mamma Maria to Buccellati LLC, d/b/a Mamma Maria, and to change the manager of record. Seating capacity increase from 76 to 89 seats. No construction required for the seating increase and no other changes are proposed.
