An 8-foot wide portion of the sidewalk and the entire bike path will be left unobstructed. No parking spots will be affected. Bencotto 357-361 Hanover St Bencotto Restaurant is seeking to increase its seating capacity from 49 to 60 patrons, by adding 11 seats. No work is to be done.
